Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Are you eager to start a career in sales and customer service but lack experience? Our Brighton-based client is seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. They are expanding and have new roles available within their dynamic team.

If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and a desire to grow, we invite you to apply.

Training and mentorship are provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be offered.

The role offers a flexible schedule, financial bonuses, and incentives to reward hard work and achievement of targets.

Ideal candidates may have experience as Sales Representatives, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon Workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, or Administrators, especially those with high levels of customer service and a strong work ethic.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college, university) due to availability requirements. Candidates must be able to work 5 full days per week.
