Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Northampton-based client is seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are expanding and have new roles available within their sales and customer service team.

If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and eager to grow in a sales and customer service environment, we invite you to apply.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills are essential for clear communication with customers and clients.
• Available full-time.

Coaching and mentorship in client and customer interaction are provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be offered.

The role offers a flexible schedule, financial bonuses, and incentives to reward hard work and achievement of targets.

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as Sales, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants and Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, and Administrators, especially those with high levels of Customer Service and a strong work ethic.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) due to availability requirements. Candidates should be able to work 5 full days per week.
