Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Brighton-based client is seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are expanding and have new roles available within their sales and customer service team.

If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and eager to grow in a sales and customer service environment, we invite you to apply.

Coaching and mentorship in client and customer interaction are provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be offered.

The role offers a flexible schedule, financial bonuses, and incentives to reward performance and target achievement.

Ideal candidates may have experience as Sales Representatives, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon Workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, or Administrators, especially those with high customer service standards and strong work ethics.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college, university) due to availability requirements. Candidates must be able to work 5 full days per week.
