Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 35 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Cardiff store, located in the St Davids shopping centre.

As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. You will work with a great team, contributing to the sales and profit of your store, and sharing product and fashion knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inspiring customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and delivering a great customer experience that supports the store's sales and profit goals.
2. Providing and receiving honest feedback to support personal and team development.
3. Following health and safety routines to ensure the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

Additional Information

Availability: Fully flexible, including weekends. Please note, we cannot offer sponsorship under the skilled worker route for this position.
