Job description

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 35 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Cardiff store, located in the St Davids shopping centre.

As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities include always prioritizing our customers and creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. You will work with a great team to contribute to the store's sales and profit, sharing product and fashion knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, delivering excellent customer service that supports the store's sales and profit goals.
• Provide and receive honest feedback to support personal and team development.
• Follow health and safety routines to ensure the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.

Qualifications:

We value personality and a passion for people and fashion over experience and formal qualifications for our Sales Advisor roles.

Additional Information:

Availability must be fully flexible over 7 days, including weekends. Please note, sponsorship under the skilled worker route is not available for this position.
