Job Description: Sales Advisor at Wards of Kent

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)
• Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off), Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
• Additional Benefits: 33 days paid holiday (plus your birthday off), Holiday Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Rewards and Incentives, Career Progression, EA Qualifications Sponsorship, Employee Assistance Scheme

A Day in the Life of a Sales Advisor

1. Start your day with a coffee and team updates
2. Assist customers via phone, providing excellent service
