Job summary
GSF Car Parts in the UK is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales targets.
You'll develop customer relationships, handle telephone and online queries, and work with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery.
The role offers a 45-hour week across Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, plus benefits and progression opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in telesales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Customer focussed with ability to meet targets.
- IT literate with basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of car parts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
- Assist with telephone and electronic queries and promotions.
- Fully satisfy customer needs for parts orders and queries.
- Contribute to a positive team performance while pursuing personal sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements.
- Develop product knowledge through internal literature and training portals.
