Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor in Northwich to support the branch by delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. You will handle phone and online queries, build relationships, and promote product promotions while coordinating with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires experience in telesales or customer service, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented, resilient approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Organised with attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
• Target driven and motivated by sales, with resilience to rejection.
• Willingness to learn and develop; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and handle electronic queries in the sales team.
• Fulfil customer needs for part orders and returns or queries.
• Promote product promotions and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Liaise with Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Develop product knowledge through internal literature and E-learning portal.
