ProCook invites you to join their NEW Concession store in Stafford opening November 2026. As a Sales Advisor you’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help them select the perfect item while delivering exceptional service.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts, structured training, and bonus opportunities based on targets. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team with great staff discounts and a strong benefits program.

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer‑facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service. Come and join our team in our NEW Concession store in Stafford opening in November 2026! We have 5 permanent contracts available: 2 x 16hrs, 1 x 14hrs and 2 x 12hrs per week. The shifts will be primarily as below, however we would expect some flexibility to cover other shifts and weekend work depending on business needs.

• Vacancy 1 - 16hrs, Mon 11.00-20.00, Tues 8.30-17.30

• Vacancy 2 - 16hrs, Wed 11.00-20.00, Sat 10.00-19.00
• Vacancy 3 - 14 hrs, Wed - 8.30-17.30, Sun 10.00-16.30
• Vacancy 4 - 12 hrs Thurs 11.00-20.00, Sat 13.00-17.00
• Vacancy 5 - 12 hrs Fri 11.00-20.00, Sun 12.00-16.30
