ProCook Ltd. is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Cotswold Outlet Store to provide confident, customer-centric service and expert product knowledge. You will help customers select the right items and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

This 16 hours/week maternity cover contract requires weekend availability and a proactive approach to learning, targets, and delivering outstanding service within a fast-growing brand.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Cotswold Outlet Store. This is a 16 hrs/week maternity cover contract of up to 1 year or until the colleague returns. You'll be working the 16hrs over 4 days including weekends.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
