Job summary

EE is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for our Truro contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through EE products. You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent talker, with energy and enthusiasm for sales.

Starting pay is £13,928.53 with a raise to £14,260.27 after 8 months, plus uncapped commission and great benefits. The role offers flexible hours and a sociable, supportive team environment.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
