Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 16 hour contract in the UK. You will join the Retail team to deliver an excellent customer experience, process sales, and help maintain a welcoming store environment on the North Devon coast.

You will engage customers with product features, stock availability, and store presentation. The role requires a warm, friendly manner, passion for selling, and a proactive approach to merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate product features and stock availability to customers.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions with care to help achieve targets.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain housekeeping to a high standard for safety and presentation.
• Provide product information and stock availability to customers.
• Assist with markdowns/price changes within set timescales.
• Keep products tidy, replenished, and presented.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Assist with deliveries and act as Keyholder when required.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries Keyholder responsibilities
