Job summary

Stellar Global is seeking a driven Sales Associate/Advisor to join the Samsung Selfridges experience team in London. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, live product demonstrations, and building rapport with shoppers across luxury tech offerings.

You will work a 40-hour week with flexible Mon-Sun shifts, enjoy commission on top of a £30,784 salary, and join a team that values energy, initiative and a passion for technology in a premium retail environment.

• Support Samsung events and provide engaging tours of the Harrods Space.
• Represent and advocate for the brand with customers.

We are looking for a driven full time Sales Associate/Advisor with a passion for people and technology to join our amazing team at Samsung, Selfridges, London.

We offer:

• £30 784 annual salary plus commission
• 40 hrs contract
• 5 days per week, fully flex Mon-Sun
• permanent role ( 3 months probation)

Overall purpose of the role:

As a Sales Associate you will be working in a diverse and knowledgeable Experience Team to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service at Samsung Selfridges. Reporting into the Management Team, your role will be focused on ensuring that every customer entering the store enjoys a memorable, personalised experience, whilst developing your specialist skills to deliver top-tier product demonstrations.
