Job summary

Stellar Global, on behalf of Samsung Harrods, seeks a driven part-time Sales Advisor in London. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, showcase products, and contribute to team KPIs while supporting events and Click & Collect initiatives.

The role offers a 30-hour week, four flexi days, and a permanent position after probation, with comprehensive training and a competitive hourly rate plus commission.

Overall purpose of the role:

As a Sales Associate you will be working in a diverse and knowledgeable Experience Team to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service at Samsung Harrods. Reporting into the Management Team, your role will be focused on ensuring that every customer entering the store enjoys a memorable, personalised experience, whilst developing your specialist skills to deliver top-tier product demonstrations.

Personal Specification (Knowledge/experience):

• Ideally experienced in luxury or high-end retail
• Passion for technology

• A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
• A true advocate for the brand, able to understand and define every customer’s specific needs and interests, and encourage them to be excited about the potential the brand’s products can offer in their lives - embedding a tangible sense of loyalty in every interaction
• An energetic, friendly and outgoing individual who values learning and knowledge
