Job summary

ProCook Ltd. in Oxford is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to welcome customers, share product knowledge and help find the perfect tool for their cooking needs. This role is customer-facing, with clear performance targets and structured training.

You will be the brand ambassador in our Westgate Shopping Centre store, handling queries, demonstrating products, and processing transactions. The contract is permanent and part-time (16 hours per week, with some shifts up to 28 hours), including

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service. Come and join our team in our Oxford Store located in the Westgate Shopping Centre! We have a permanent part time contract working 16hrs per week up to 28hr shifts within normal store opening times availability is required on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
