Job summary

ProCook in Ashford is hiring a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, share knowledge, and influence buying decisions through excellent service. Two part-time roles available: 1 x 20hrs/week and 1 x 16hrs/week. You’ll join a lively, supportive team with structured training and bonus opportunities based on targets.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Ashford Store. We have a 2 part-time roles available: 1 x 20hrs/week and 1 x 16hrs/week.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
