We’re looking for a friendly, organised Optical & Sales Administrator to join a small, growing team in the City of Westminster. This is a hands-on role where you'll support both retail and online operations, helping customers find the right eyewear and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and online
• Guide customers through frame and lens selection
• Accurately take optical measurements
• Respond to enquiries via email and phone
• Maintain customer records and support outreach efforts
• Oversee store presentation, stock levels, and admin
• Support store opening/closing and weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in optical sales or dispensing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and target-driven
• Comfortable with tech tools and multitasking
• Interest in sustainability and circular design
• Able to work Saturdays or Sundays (essential)
