GoFibre Limited in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Consumer Sales Advisor to drive outbound sales and generate new business. The role focuses on high-velocity calls, qualifying prospects, and converting conversations into sales while hitting ambitious KPIs.

You will be part of a busy sales team, benefiting from a guaranteed base salary of £26,227.50 and an uncapped commission structure that makes total earnings up to £50,000 OTE.

Consumer Sales Advisor

Earn £50,000 OTE | £26,227.50 salary | Uncapped commission | Edinburgh based

Are you an experienced salesperson who thrives on targets, enjoys the challenge of cold calling, and is motivated by earning uncapped commission?

We're looking for ambitious and resilient Sales Executives to join our growing team in Edinburgh. This is a high-activity outbound sales role where you'll spend much of your day speaking to prospective customers, generating interest, and converting conversations into sales.

You'll need confidence, determination, and the resilience to pick up the phone time and time again while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making high volumes of outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Promoting GoFibre's full fibre broadband services
• Building rapport and overcoming objections
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the right solution
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver strong team performance

Working Hours

Based in our Edinburgh office, Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month:

• 10am to 6pm
• 12pm to 8pm
• 9am to 5pm
