Join Our Culinary Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook – Your Local Kitchenware Specialist!

Are you a kitchen enthusiast with a flair for customer service? ProCook is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in our bath Store!

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers find the perfect kitchenware while delivering exceptional service in-store. If you have a passion for helping others and a keen interest in cooking and kitchen equipment, this could be the perfect role for you!

This is a key-holder position - 24hrs/week

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products for their culinary needs.
• Engage with shoppers to provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure products are well displayed.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about our latest products and promotions.
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and organization.

A Day in the Life:

Your day as a Sales Advisor will be filled with engaging interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and leaves satisfied with their shopping experience. You will work closely with a enthusiastic team that shares your passion for all things culinary!

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work during weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
