Job summary

Plumb Centre in Alnwick seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone, and to provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice with quotations.

You will identify opportunities to grow branch sales and join a team that values excellent customer service and teamwork. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.

• Full Driving Licence desirable but not essential

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations.
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales.
  Previous customer facing experience
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential
