Job summary

Plumb Centre in Worksop is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to join the team. You will build relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone, provide friendly product advice, and prepare quotations.

The role includes identifying opportunities to grow branch sales and supporting colleagues for smooth branch operations. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, working as part of a team, and maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales
  Previous customer facing experience
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential
