Job summary

Plumb Centre in Selby is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to help customers at the trade counter and over the phone, provide friendly product advice, and prepare quotations. You will identify opportunities to grow branch sales and support colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the branch.

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales
• Driving a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV - up to 3.5t) to deliver orders directly to our customers and their sites
• Previous customer facing experience
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is essential
