Job description

Location: 45-47 Bow Street, County, Lisburn BT28 1BN

Hours: 16 hours a week with opportunities to work more hours.

Salary: £9.50 - £12.50 per hour

As a Sales Adviser, we look for a positive mindset, team support, and engagement. Your role involves serving customers with excellent service, highlighting our great Star Buys, maintaining store presentation, and helping achieve store targets. You’ll also be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our growing piercing business.

This experience will prepare you for bigger challenges. We recognize Sales Advisers as future Team Leaders and will support your development through training and apprenticeship qualifications.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passion for retail and customer service
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
• Optional: Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided)
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability
