Compensation and Benefits:
- £25,000 basic salary
- Additional commission scheme

Training Program:
Your journey begins with two weeks at our dedicated Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, featuring:
- Industry-leading training sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by experts
- Fully-paid hotel accommodation during training
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed business targets
- Manage valuation generation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
- Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for property sales
- Prepare updates for weekly valuation meetings
- Lead canvassing strategies, track leads, and utilize ROSIE effectively
- Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
- Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads and manage customer communications
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local prospecting activities and build personal brand
- Handle inbound calls and convert opportunities
- Seek and secure Google reviews from satisfied customers

Minimum Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Own vehicle in good condition
