Compensation and Benefits:
  • £25,000 basic salary

Training Program:

Your journey begins with two weeks at our dedicated Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, featuring:

  • Industry-leading training sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by experts
  • Fully-paid hotel accommodation during training
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and exceed business targets
  2. Manage valuation generation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
  3. Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
  4. Fulfill call-out campaigns for property sales
  5. Prepare updates for weekly valuation meetings
  6. Lead canvassing strategies, track leads, and utilize ROSIE effectively
  7. Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
  8. Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
  9. Respond to intranet leads and manage customer communications
  10. Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
  11. Participate in local prospecting activities and build personal brand
  12. Handle inbound calls and convert opportunities
  13. Seek and secure Google reviews from satisfied customers

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving license
