Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Administrator in Camden with a clear path to Account Manager. You will manage customer inquiries, support accounts from enquiry to delivery, prepare quotations and provide product information, while building strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

The role offers a structured progression into an Account Manager position, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus a company bonus and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Internal Sales or a similar
• Confident handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations
• Experience dealing with physical products within construction, building merchants, electrical, manufacturing or a similar industry

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and support existing accounts
• Prepare quotations and provide product information
• Assist with technical submissions, orders and project delivery
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
• Progress towards an Account Manager position
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
