Job description

Customer Service Role - Sutton

Location: Sutton

Are you experienced in a Customer Service environment? Would you like to join a well-established brand with opportunities for development? If so, this could be the role for you!

We are recruiting for three positions with our reputable client in Sutton. Both FTC and permanent roles are available across different departments.

You will be part of a small team, serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and supporting the Sales team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with customers regarding inquiries
  • Receiving orders via telephone and email
  • Processing orders
  • Preparing quotes based on guide pricing
  • Ensuring timely delivery of orders and informing customers of any delays
  • Supporting the Sales team
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries, liaising with accounts to ensure invoices are paid
  • Performing other related duties
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
