We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our busy commercial team and help deliver excellent service to our customers.

Purpose Of The Role

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate pricing, promotional discounts, and accruals.
• Support the delivery of commercial team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accurate pricing in SAP and Blacksmith.
• Maintain product files, listing status documentation, and customer activity planners.
• Coordinate brand-aligned marketing calendars and record trade marketing spend.
• Create and maintain Blacksmith Planners and Programs aligned with customer promotional cycles.
• Proactively manage the master price file.
• Understand Pilgrim's Europe and customer business operating models.
• Attend internal and customer meetings to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations.

You Will Need

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Highly numerate with a good understanding of business drivers.
• Ability to prioritize workload based on impact.
• Adaptability to new tools and systems with quick learning ability.
