As a key player in our Retail Sales Department, you'll support our retail sales teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our retail stores and customers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our sales team receives smooth, efficient, and compliant administrative support.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
  • Drive sales success by administering the process from vehicle sourcing to delivery
  • Support sales teams by efficiently processing vehicles through each stage of the Group 1 sales journey
  • Create and maintain detailed vehicle records for accuracy
  • Contribute to financial success through timely and accurate invoicing
  • Streamline operations by following established processes and suggesting improvements
  • Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries to provide exceptional customer service
  • Build strong relationships with retail centre teams to foster collaboration
Helpful Skills And Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong IT skills and data processing abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport and sharing information clearly
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and embrace new challenges
