We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team!
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
The focus of this role is to provide first class Administrative Support to the Sales Team and Head of Business Operations.
Our Business Operations function is responsible for managing the inner workings of our business so it runs as efficiently as possible. Reviewing processes and systems to ensure we are making the best of what we do as well as juggling the day to day demands of the business. Our field Sales team are based across the country, so need robust yet simple processes and a strong administrative support team to ensure their success in the field.
Working as part of a small team , the Sales Administrator w ould be responsible for supporting on the Sales side of the business and duties would include (but not limited to) ;
- Preparing /issuing quotes for existing customers for small order requests
- Preparing /issuing quotes on behalf of the Sales Team
- Validating and Processing Sales orders
- Support with pricing
- Day to day data management and compliance
- Maintaining up to date documentation (price lists, sales related content, partner collateral)
- Supporting with Renewal administration
- Answering Inbound sales enquiries
- Managing correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Monitor and assist with Sales end to end process compliance
- Monitoring Sales Forecasting/ Reporting trends
- Organising Sales Meetings and Sales 121
- Organising and Attending QBRs and Monthly meetings with Partners to monitor and progress ongoing challenges
- Organising Partner Knowledge Transfer sessions
- Systems administration (creating reports/ views/ training) for Hubspot / Netsuite
- Supporting with Company social events/ company meetings
- Organising and booking Travel
- Supporting the wider team including the CEO and other sales departments including marketing, business development and finance as needed.
- Excellent administrative skills – can multitask and keep smiling under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Excellent organisational skills – process orientated
- Previous experience of working with a busy sales team
- Previous experience of working in the industry
- Excellent IT skills to include Advanced Excel, Word
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Quick to learn
- Be proactive
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5:30.
- Hybrid role - 3 days a week to be based in the Bristol office (BS16 1QG) office
- Must have driving licence and have own car
- This is a fast paced and demanding work environment
