Sales Administrator
Full Time - Office Based - Permanent
Redhill
25,000 - 29,000 DOE plus bonus

Due to continued growth and expanding demand, we are working with our client who is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the sales function, contribute to marketing initiatives, and play a key part in managing valuable customer relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong multitasking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales calls and customer enquiries professionally
  • Create accurate quotes using the CRM system
  • Process and verify customer purchase orders, ensuring all customer information and payment details are correctly entered into the system
  • Process sales orders on MRP/CRM systems with accuracy to ensure right-first-time delivery
  • Coordinate deliveries through specified courier services via their online platforms
  • Maintain regular contact with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and gather missing information
  • Process customer invoices through CRM system and customer portals
  • Maintain and update comprehensive sales and customer records
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM through regular data cleaning activities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure company objectives are achieved
  • Manage both personal and sales team email inboxes efficiently

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Good customer service work ethic
  • Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
