Job summary

Scania Eurocentral in the UK is seeking a Sales Administrator on a maternity cover basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage order progression and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

We offer a competitive salary (£27,500) and a benefits package, including enhanced parental leave, annual bonus eligibility, loan car scheme, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension, and life assurance. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, keeping them up to date with vehicle progress.

• Raise purchase order numbers, ensure invoices are correctly processed and payments received.
• Maintain vehicle stock records and ensure registrations align with delivery.

In this role you will:

• Maintain vehicle stock books and ensure vehicles are registered to coincide with delivery.

• Organised – able to track and progress multiple orders simultaneously, throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Diligent – accurately carry out a broad range of administrative duties.
  Team player – working as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
• Adept with Systems – A background of using Excel and Autoline is preferred but not required.
