Job summary

Allied Vehicles Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales admin team in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will help process vehicle deliveries and sales orders, ensure invoicing accuracy, and maintain effective communication with customers.

The role offers Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, up to £28k per year plus a bonus, along with benefits such as 25 days annual leave, life cover and pension, and on-site facilities.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong administration knowledge and computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Admin department. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual who enjoys providing support within a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales, providing administrative and general support to the Sales Admin team.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm and the salary is up to £28k per annum + bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing vehicle deliveries and sales orders.
• Invoicing customers using our CRM systems.
• Inbound and outbound customer calls, advising of any updates, delays and the progress of their vehicle.
• Managing internal reports.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
