Job description

Role: Known as our Customer Experience Champions for a reason, Carparison's sales admin team really do champion great customer service. And our reviews are there to prove it. You'll work closely with the sales team to support customers from placing their order through to delivery and beyond. No question will be too small, no task too big. And you'll be on the front lines of making this business the success it is.

Hours: 37.5

Location: Exeter

What you'll need
  1. Be able to develop relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and finance houses.
  2. Show a high level of computer skills including Microsoft office software (Excel and Word).
  3. Be accurate and show attention to detail when working under pressure.
  4. Have good telephone and interpersonal skills.
What you'll do
  1. Communicates in a clear and effective manner, ensuring culture of quality and excellence is communicated.
  2. Acts as a complete sales support touchpoint to both the customer and the sales team.
  3. Provides all customers with regular updates as they move the customer through the different steps of deal progress.
  4. Act as point of contact for customers, funders and suppliers, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously and efficiently and that any required actions are implemented.
  5. Liaise with supplying dealers to ensure cars are prepared and delivered in line with customer expectation.
  6. Ensure all documentation is present and correct for smooth, efficient payout with funder partners.
  7. Prepare general correspondence and reports as requested.
  8. Ensure that within their area of operation all Company and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
  9. Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with internal colleagues across all departments.
  10. Act as telephone overflow if required during busy periods.
  11. Manage complaints in line with process and procedures, from receipt through to a fair and final resolution.
