Job description

Sales Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator covering the Cobham, Esher, and Surbiton offices. Our employees are meticulous, highly professional, and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a successful track record in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referrals and recommendations. Trusted for generations, we have specialized in selling residential property in London and the South of England for 150 years.

About the role:

The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

  1. Working directly with the branch manager and the sales team in the local office, as well as providing administrative support for another branch within the region.
  2. Traveling to other offices within the region on a weekly basis, in addition to working at your 'base office'.
  3. Ensuring the smooth operation of all sales administration duties.
  4. Preparing correspondence, sales brochures, window cards, advertising copy, and accounts.
  5. Maintaining appropriate stock levels of stationery, brochures, marketing materials, and office supplies.
  6. Conducting due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers, ensuring files are compliant with the latest legislation.
  7. Providing administrative cover during busy periods and covering for holiday or sickness absences in other offices within the region.
Skills and experience:

The ideal Sales Administrator will possess:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative role.
  2. Smart appearance and the ability to handle a public-facing role, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  3. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, ensuring attention to detail and organized electronic files.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer literacy.
