About the Company - Aquilo Recruitment is excited to partner with a market-leading manufacturing business in Hull. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Manager to build a strong team around them. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual in administration who wants to lead and develop a successful, growing team.

About the Role - We seek a confident and highly organized Sales Administration Manager to coordinate the Sales Administration Team in Hull. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service, managing administrative processes, and supporting the sales function with accurate data and effective communication. Travel and overnight stays will be expected initially for onboarding and team integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales administration team, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Oversee daily administrative processes supporting sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
  • Drive improvements in systems and processes.
  • Support CRM and sales system usage across the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales administration management.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Understanding of sales and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective prioritization skills.
  • Data handling and interpretation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
