Your Role at a Glance:

1. Respond to customer queries and complaints via email and social media with professionalism and care; liaise with third-party couriers to ensure timely resolutions.
2. Manage and monitor stock.
3. Keep packaging stock in check, placing timely orders with suppliers to maintain supply flow.
4. Raise invoices and credit notes using financial systems and online ordering platforms. Print courier labels, organize deliveries, and provide pick lists for factory dispatch.
5. Support the Commercial Team with various ad-hoc tasks.
6. Verify orders, including customer details and payment information, and address any discrepancies.
7. Communicate with customers to answer queries, expedite orders, and keep them informed.
8. Maintain accurate sales and customer records while relaying feedback to relevant departments.
