First Choice Staff in Water Orton, Coleshill is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support daily office operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating transport.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays 9am-2pm. The position offers a rate of £12.71 per hour plus holiday accrual, with a view to increase once permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Sales admin experience in manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and data entry.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service orientation.
• Ability to process orders and coordinate transport.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries and quotations.
• Processing customer orders
• Booking relevant transport for deliveries
• Keeping all work process logs updated
• Sorting of daily post
• General filing
