Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a Sales Coordinator in North Nottinghamshire for a long term temporary role with the potential to become permanent. The role focuses on processing orders, quotations and documentation while supporting the sales team.

You will need experience in sales administration or customer service, strong organisation and confident communication, and good IT skills including MS Office. ERP experience would be beneficial for this busy role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service or similar role.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication; IT literacy including MS Office.
• Experience with order processing or ERP systems would help.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotations and update customer records.
• Check stock availability and coordinate deliveries.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Raise purchase orders, invoices and dispatch documentation.
• Support the sales team with general administration.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
