Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to focus within Health. The role is Home Based, with travel to client sites. NECSWS has a strong reputation across the public sector, especially in Health, and we’re keen to bring someone with strong experience in this area to continue our growth. The primary focus will be sales of NEC Rego, our integrated referral management platform across primary and secondary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships at a senior level within NHS Accounts to facilitate sales into the market, focusing on Software Sales to Clinicians and NHS Trusts.
  • Engage with senior management, including CEOs, CFOs, Medical Directors, and other decision-makers in the health sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver revenue targets and develop accounts, maintaining updated CRM records.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and solutions within assigned accounts.
  • Manage projects through to completion, ensuring high-quality bid and project delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and team activities to promote a collaborative culture.
  • Assist in debt resolution and ensure sales and service revenues meet targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software solution sales, especially within health markets like NHS Trusts and Clinicians.
  • Experience in developing strategic health client accounts and engaging with senior health management.
  • Broad knowledge of the IS/IT services industry within the public sector and experience selling innovative software technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to convert prospects into closed sales.
