Job description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves:

  1. Making outbound calls to introduce our products/services. Full training will be provided.
  2. Providing account management services for an allocated portfolio of clients to develop and maintain the business.
  3. Planning and executing sales activities to maintain and grow existing customers, in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Resolving or escalating customer account issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Achieving sales targets for existing customer accounts.

This position is ideal for a sales-driven, money-motivated individual eager to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce products/services, with full training provided.
  • Manage an allocated client portfolio to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Plan and execute sales and account management activities to grow existing accounts.
  • Address customer account issues promptly, escalating when necessary, to meet customer expectations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Effective communication skills across all levels.

  • Experience is not essential; however, experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Broker, or Sales Trader, and bilingual abilities, would be advantageous.
