As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role focuses on meaningful customer interactions and a consultative approach to support their productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Due to significant growth, we are hiring account managers across multiple locations along the south coast, including Bournemouth, Brighton, and Eastbourne, with other locations in between.

What does the role involve?

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Visit customers in the field, ask open questions to understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site
  • Develop relationships with existing 'focus' customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system
