Sales Account Executive

Job Opportunity: Sales Support Role

£35,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: Felixstowe

This is a newly created role driven by business demand, offering a varied and exciting opportunity to work closely with the sales manager. You will handle incoming sales inquiries and oversee the onboarding of new clients until their first order is delivered.

Responsibilities

1. Managing Customer Accounts: Maintain relationships with existing customers and build new ones.
2. Sales Planning: Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and monitor sales strategies.
3. Attending Meetings: Prepare for and participate in meetings with the sales team.
4. Presenting Products: Demonstrate products online or in person.
5. Sales Administration: Manage sales emails, log leads, and track actions.
6. Market Research: Gather information on product innovations and competitors.

You will actively manage all incoming leads, coordinate actions with the sales manager, and handle administrative tasks including diary management.
