The role:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to expand our client partnerships, welcoming those who can contribute part-time or flexibly. Please drop us a line.

Your focus will be on onboarding new companies to our platform, particularly those seeking to diversify their tech workforce. This B2B sales position involves engaging with decision-makers in C-Suite, DE&I, and HR.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth through direct outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, adapting as necessary.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to negotiation, and support with account management.
  • Attend and represent SheCanCode at networking and promotional events.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities across the UK.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize processes and enhance client success.
  • Stay updated on tech and diversity trends to align strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively, particularly Hubspot.

About you:
