Based in Birmingham, the 1-year full-time programme combines practical classroom experience, weekly training modules, and personalised coaching to help you become an effective Maths teacher ready for progression within the Lift Schools network.

Qualifications

• Degree requirement: 2:2 or above, maths/STEM preferred.
• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Right to live and work in the UK for the training year.
• Must not currently hold QTS.

Responsabilités

• Gain practical classroom experience as part of a school-based ITT.
• Receive 1-on-1 mentoring and coaching from a dedicated tutor and in-school mentor.
• Engage in weekly training modules to build teaching skills.
• Join a nationwide training network across Lift Schools/Ark Teacher Training.
• Graduate with PGCE and QTS upon programme completion.
