Lift Kingsley invites aspiring Maths teachers to join a salaried ITT year. You will train in school-based settings, earning a salary while working toward a PGCE and QTS.

A dedicated mentor will support you as you gain hands-on teaching experience through structured weekly training and school-based activities. The programme includes a two-week Summer School, personalised coaching, and progression guidance, with a clear pathway to Qualified Teacher Status and universal support within Lift Schools’

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Maths, STEM or related field (2:2 or above).
• PGCE and QTS awarded upon programme completion.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above required.
• Right to live and work in the UK for the duration of training.

• Gain practical classroom experience as a trainee Maths teacher.
• Receive weekly mentoring from a subject tutor and in-school coach.
• Attend targeted weekly training modules and progression sessions.
