Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting graduates to join a two-year salaried teacher training programme in the Oxford/Bicester area.

You will be employed and paid from the start, gaining practical SEND experience before moving into formal teacher training to achieve a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Your first year focuses on supporting pupils with SEND, working with experienced teachers, and developing classroom practice; progression to trainee teacher occurs after year one.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Interest in SEND and inclusive education is important.
• Patience and resilience are valued.
