Menlo Park Recruitment is seeking a General Practitioner for a forward-thinking practice in Walworth. The role offers 4–6 clinical sessions weekly with 15‑minute appointments, very low admin, and a triage hub to support urgent queries and visits.

Indemnity paid in full, 6 weeks annual leave, 1 week study leave, and a BMA model contract accompany a structured developmental environment with career progression.

Job Summary: Exceptionally organised practice, with highly efficient processes, effective use of systems to ensure smooth patient journey. Incredible development opportunities, clinic includes 15 appointment slots total which are made up of 15 min appointments, 10 minute appointments and follow up appointments. Patient centric, with low levels of admin. Highly trained multi-disciplinary team. CQC rated Good.

Your role – 4-6 sessions – Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays15-minute appointments for a partial clinicLow adminVery low home-visitingRealistic workload – 15 appointments per session, including pathology result slots.Triaging hub of clinicians who manage ‘duty doctor’, ensuring all urgent queries, home visits and appointments are dealt with, leaving the GPs on a normal clinic to focus on the patients.Triaging hub is not required for this role unless the GP has a desire to be on the rota. Background – Progressive and forward-thinking set-up.Unique levels of support to its GPs, contributing to an excellent working environment.Part of larger network with many Training practices across London.Further support of Pharmacist who will sign the majority of your prescriptions.Bureaucracy stripped away so you can focus on the reason you chose to become a doctor, clinical work and seeing patients.Career progression supported. The surgery is also extremely low visiting for GPs, with ANPs and Physician Associates carrying out the bulk of visits.

Salary – £11,000 - £12,000 (experience dependent) + indemnity paid in full + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + BMA model contract
