Royal College of General Practitioners is seeking a Salaried GP in the Warminster area with a focus on continuity of care and a well-structured day. The post features a genuine flexibility around start and finish times and a strong MDT support framework to reduce workload.

The practice offers 15-minute appointments, substantial triage, and a workload designed to be manageable with home visits largely handled by Paramedics and GP Assistants to reduce admin burden.

A genuinely manageable GP workload.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded GP Training Practice in the Warminster area offering strong continuity of care, a well-structured working day and genuine flexibility around start and finish times.

The practice has invested heavily in reducing GP workload through excellent MDT support, automation and a total triage model. Home visits are largely handled by Paramedics, paperflow is reduced via GP Assistants, and appointment numbers remain very manageable.

Workload & Structure

• 6 sessions per week available
• 11 ‘new’ patients per session plus 3 protected continuity slots per session
• 15-minute appointments
• Strong emphasis on list-holding and continuity of care

• Majority of home visits undertaken by Paramedics
