• Provide high-quality, evidence-based general medical care to registered patients.
• Undertake face-to-face and telephone consultations as appropriate.
• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and ongoing management of patients.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with current guidance and practice procedures.
