Spirit Primary Care Limited is seeking a Salaried GP to join Satis House in Water Orton for 6 sessions per week. You will be the sole GP on site, with a wider MDT including nurse, pharmacist, HCA and patient services team for support.

You will have access to GP Clinical Lead and Clinical Director guidance, and colleagues across other practices and triage teams to support your journey.

Qualificações

• Primary care GP experience.
• GP accreditation.
• GMC registration with NHS performers list (no restrictions).

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face, telephone and digital consultations, including home visits where required.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, minor illness and injuries.
• Provide continuity of care and develop strong relationships with patients.
• Prescribe safely and interpret diagnostic investigations.
• Provide preventative healthcare, health promotion, screening and vaccination advice.
• Recognise and escalate safeguarding concerns as needed.
• Work with the MDT and external healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Support delivery of QOF and other contractual/quality requirements.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits and quality improvement.
• Keep up to date with current clinical guidance and CPD.
